This is a snippet I wrote to flesh out quickerthanyou's world. It's really nothing that important except me trying to decide how superheroes fit into this Kid Flash's world. (And basically trying to rationalize how a canon update would go for him.) XD I hope you enjoy it, though.

Oh, wow, there's another version of a PV for w-inds.'s Paradox that I haven't seen yet. Apparently it's called the "Fun ver." It doesn't look like fun, actually, but only because this was played as the ending sequence to a program called Fun.

My God, just looking at this PV makes me laugh. The noob-ish editing. It's like someone just got a new video editing program and was like, "Hey, I wonder what this does! Oh, it looks like someone barfed up the word 'Paradox' all over it! AWESOME!!" The little CGI sparkles from the sand coming from Ryohei's hands. It was just awful.

The thing that really set me off was their outfits. Holy shit, were they awful. Ryohei's colors didn't even match Ryuichi and Keita's. Ughhh. I don't want to talk about it.

BY THE WAY, I'M SORRY FOR MISSING YOUR CALL TODAY, ALLISON. I WAS PLAYING THE WII DOWNSTAIRS.

I'm going to wait for the scanalations for MOMO because this month's chapter didn't really interest me even though there was a major plot point.

The Diamond of Heart is still so lolzy. I can't take it seriously because the art still isn't that great and I find myself mocking the story more and more. Ohhh, boo hoo, Keigo! Sob, sob, Himeno!! Ahahahaha.

Because I only skimmed through December 2009's issue briefly for chapter 4, upon reading my hard copy of it, I laughed at Mamoru's English.

Mamoru: 彼女に触るな... (Do not touch her.)
Julian: 真守...なぜ君がそんなことを？ (Mamoru... why do you say such a thing?) 君は彼女のなんなんだ？ (Who are you?)
Mamoru: 彼女は僕の恋人。(She is my lover.)

Man, Shinjo Mayu must've had someone who was really good at English because the grammar is great. Still, "who are you" is a pretty confusing translation for "kimi wa kanojo no nan nanda"; I would've preferred "what is she to you?" because it made the next sentence have more sense.

I was also reading Kiss Me Host Club and there was this one character who was half-American, and he spoke some pretty funny Engrish too. "How I envy you!" FFFFUUUU WHO SAYS THAT ANYMORE. WE JUST SAY, "I'M JEALOUS!" I showed this to Allison and it was really interesting that Japanese speak English more formally... but then again this could apply to anyone who learns a language. I remember having this talk with Andre and he said I learned the "school-taught Spanish" instead of the "ghetto Spanish." Of course schools and most textbooks won't teach you slang.

Shinjo Mayu apparently likes to draw her characters having sex naked, because there is nearly no chapters where Himeno is not naked. And chapter 4 had a lot of shots of Himeno hugging Keigo naked. HAHAHAHA.

Surprisingly, I had a Christmas-related dream and songee was in it. It was such an a amazing dream that I must record it here.

God, one of the reasons why I wish a lot of people paid attention to Ojamajo Doremi is so that less stupid people won't vandalize the Wikipedia articles. I mean, every once in a while I'll peep in to look at them and there's always someone in those 5-10 people who regularly edit the articles who puts information about the dub that never existed or their fan characters (AKA SOMETHING STUPID).

It's only when you pretend they're anything but fan-made that it starts to grind on my nerves. Wikipedia is not a database for your fan characters; it's a website based on aspects of democracy and anarchism for people to contribute something factual. FANON =/= CANON.

I realize I'm supposed to be on hiatus, but I discovered a bunch of unfinished fanfic I want to clear out before the end of the year! And thus, I come to you with the snippets from dancingfists's universe. \o/ For those not in the know, Team Fujibayashi is a roleplay set in the heart of the Kim Possible universe, and admittedly, it's an incredibly wild ride.

I stayed up until 12 AM talking to songee online and using Facebook's Graffiti application. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN AND WE ENDED UP DRAWING ALL THE MEMBERS OF W-INDS., HAHAHAHA. I've never drawn fanart for a celebrity before so this was like the first time. Pictures will come soon...?

While gushing about w-inds., as usual, Allison piped up that SuJu's MV for Answer is out, so I decided to go look at it on a whim. Basically, it a soothing R&B beat with the chorus being from the original SORRY, SORRY song that came out earlier this year. In other words, it is an angsty song with a MV that is black and white just like the original MV for SORRY, SORRY. It is definitely a baby-maker.

Last night, Allison showed me this book out of random and I realized that not only the book was called MOMO, but the logo bore an eerie resemblance to the logo for the manga MOMO by Sakai Mayu. Could it be that whoever designed the logo for the manga drew inspiration from this book? This is pretty strange. I'm pretty sure the person who designed the cover for the book doesn't know about the manga... will the designer sue Ribon? Unlikely, but could happen.

Also, does anyone remember the CG artist Hiromi? She was the website owner of Caramel Sugar Box, and ran the webcomics Lunar Souls and Cursed Wings, both of which she discontinued. I've followed both comics until she stopped them in 2004-2006, but recently, I came upon her newest comic, Alice Syndrome. Not to speak so negatively, but I feel that a lot of people use Alice in Wonderland themes so much that it's nearly suffocating, and I rather enjoyed her previous comics more, but it's still worth a read if you're a huge fan of her works.

Also, I've been dipping into some of Beyoncé's music after being exposed to that godawful earworm that is Video Phone (seriously, the tune is so bad that the vocals don't match; it's only popular because Lady Gaga is in it for a minute and Beyoncé does more of her fan service flaunting). I somehow came upon a Watanabe Naomi video I had seen some months ago but this time I couldn't stop laughing. I guess Beyoncé is famous for her sexy dance in Japan, so that's what she will forever be known for. Forget her songs, it's all about the sexy dance!

Yeah, you have to watch it because Naomi starts approaching the male hosts and doing the sexy dance on them.
